Mr. Mohamed Abdel Salam Shokri has over 30 years’ banking experience. Past offices include Deputy Chief Executive, General Manager of British Arab Commercial Bank, London; Chairman and General Manager of Gumhouria Bank, Libya; Deputy General Manager and Director of Libyan Arab Tunisian Bank, Tunisia; Chairman of the Libyan Banks Association, and Director of a number of other banks and financial institutions across the region.
Mr. Shokri holds a Masters Degree in Accounting Science from Oklahoma City University, U.S.A.

Mr. Mohammed-Nabil Hamdan is First Vice President and Deputy Head of Remedial Loans Unit, ABC Group. M. Hamdan joined ABC Group in 2004 as part of the Arab World Division and was appointed as Director at both ABC Egypt and ABC Tunisie.
Mr. Hamdan holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and a Bachelor of Science from Montclair State College - New Jersey. He has over 30 years of banking experience in Kuwait, Turkey and Bahrain.

Mr. Hisham Mouzughi has been the Head of Risk and Credit Support at ABC Islamic Bank (E.C) Bahrain since 2006. He started his career in 1989 at ABC International Bank PLC, London, where his last position was Deputy Head of Credit in the Risk Management Department.
Mr. MOUZUGHI holds an MBA from Webster University, a Master of Science in Business Administration (MSBA), from Boston University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Banking and Insurance, from the Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, London.

|
Mr. Patrick Abi Habib is the Head of Business Catalyst – Office of the Deputy Chief Executive, at Arab Banking Corporation (BSC), Bahrain. He has joined ABC Group in 2002 as Vice President in the Credit and Risk Group, and moved to Group Audit as Senior Team Leader in 2007.
Mr. Abi Habib holds a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School – France (CERAM – ESC Nice Sofia Antipolis) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. He has over 16 years of banking experience in Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia and Bahrain.

|
Mr. Husam Khaleif is First Vice President and Deputy Head of Global Trade Finance at Arab Banking Corporation (BSC), Bahrain. He has been with the ABC Group for 18 years. Prior to his current position, he spent 8 years at ABC International Bank, London in the Trade Finance and Correspondent Banking Department.
Mr. Khaleif holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics with area of concentration in Finance and Accounting from “Richmond College”, the American International University in London.

| Mr. Noreddin NAHAWI, Executive Director – Since May 2011 |

|
Mr. Noreddin Nahawi joined ABC Group in 2003 as Head of Arab World Division and has occupied since the positions of Managing Director of ABC Jordan, and lately Tunisia Country Manager. Mr Nahawi’s career spans over 35 years across nine countries including his native Jordan, France, Oman, the U.K., U.A.E., Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt and most recently Tunisia.
Prior to joining ABC, Mr. Nahawi had spent over 29 years of his career with BNP Paribas.
M. Nahawi holds a Master in international Administration from the USA and a Bachelors of Arts from Colby College in the USA

| Mr. Madjid NASSOU, Director – Since June 2010 |

|
Mr. Madjid Nassou held different executive positions, of which Chief Executive Officer, in Algiers and overseas in several Algerian banks such as BDL, CPA, BNA, BEA and international banks, namely Trust Bank Algeria, Al Rayan Bank, and UBAF (Union of Arab and French Banks).
Mr. Nassou holds a Master in Banking from “Ecole Supérieure des Arts & Métiers”, Paris, and a Bachelor of Art in Law and Political Science from Bordeaux University, France.

| Mrs. Nabila BRAHIMI-TALEB, Board Secretary- Since March 2008 |

Mrs. Nabila Brahimi Taleb joined ABC Algeria in 2007 as a Department Head in charge of cross-border Trade Finance regulations. She has been the Corporate Secretary since March 2008.
Mrs. Brahimi Taleb holds a Master degree in Commercial Law. |
